Thank you to all that showed up for our information meeting about possible flooding in areas of our district. I hope everyone got the information they wanted. here is the information shared at our meeting.
To monitor water levels we recommend mid.org. we recommend everyone sign up for Stan aware text notifications at www.stanaware.com; this is also a good resource for other information about possible evacuations. WE DO NOT HAVE AN EVACUATION IN PLACE AT THIS TIME. If you would like sand bags they are available at the county corporate yard on Morgan road

This week on the 15th Denair Fire Department will be hosting the first Stanislaus County Firefighters Association dinner of the year.  Expect a large amount of raffle prices and grand prizes such as firearms among other things.  Denair is no stranger to hosting these dinners and always does a stand up job.  Burbank-Paradise current and retired firefighters will be looking forward to this one.  Thanks in advance DFD and see you on the 15th!

Fire Prevention Month

October is National Fire Prevention Month. It provides a good opportunity to teach our neighbors about fire safety — in their own homes, in the community, and in the wilderness. We have pulled together a variety of resources to help you learn about this important topic.

Fire Prevention Week is officially October 7 through October 13, and for those seven days Burbank Paradise firefighters will be showing people around the fire house and attending safety days at different businesses around town.
