-Flows into the Tuolumne River from Don Pedro dam will remain around 16,000 cfs today with reservoir elevation at 828.68 ft . The river has begun to plateau around 58.37’ with a flow around 15,000 cfs. There still has been no response from the Army Corps of Engineers on Don Pedro continuing discharge flows. If no response is received the dam will start to reduce flows, which can take up to 24 hours.

-Dry Creek has plateaued at 68.65’ with flows at

Water continues to rise in the river and may for a few more days. there is NOT a mandatory evacuation in place at this time. we do encourage as water levels rise for residents close to the river in low lying areas near the Tuolumne river to seek higher ground. The Don Pedro spillway has been opened. We encourage all residents in the low lying areas near the Tuolumne river to seek higher ground. Please do not forget to grab all forms of identification, Important documents (marriage certificate, death certificate, birth certificate, etc.), medications/medical records. Please check on your neighbors and communicate to them about this warning; especially neighbors that have medical needs or the elderly. This is not a mandatory evacuation but is highly recommended. Please turn off your gas and electricity at the meters if you leave. IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY CALL

Thank you to all that showed up for our information meeting about possible flooding in areas of our district. I hope everyone got the information they wanted. here is the information shared at our meeting.
To monitor water levels we recommend we recommend everyone sign up for Stan aware text notifications at; this is also a good resource for other information about possible evacuations. WE DO NOT HAVE AN EVACUATION IN PLACE AT THIS TIME. If you would like sand bags they are available at the county corporate yard on Morgan road
